If your robot facing mechanical problem please bring your robot to your point of purchase for repair.
Preparing the robot for service or repair
The robot and charging station are bound together, this means that the robot, charging station and power supply must be brought together for service or repair.
You must also give the PIN code to the workshop so that they can connect to your robot (you can easily change the code afterwards).
Checklist for taking the robot to service or repair:
- Fully charged robot
- Charging station
- Power supply
- PIN code
- Your contact details if the technician needs to contact you
Pack the parts in a suitable carton box.
